Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 3, 2026

Thank you for using NodeLook. NodeLook is an open-source Android application that helps users determine whether websites and online services are accessible from their current internet connection.

Information We Collect

NodeLook does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information.

The app does not:

Network Requests

To determine whether a website or online service is reachable, NodeLook sends standard network requests directly from your device to the selected destination.

NodeLook does not use a proxy server and does not route your traffic through developer-controlled infrastructure.

Data Storage

NodeLook does not store personal information on your device or on remote servers. Any data used during a connectivity check exists only for the duration of that operation.

Third-Party Services

NodeLook does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

The websites and services you choose to test may receive normal network requests from your device and are governed by their own privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

NodeLook does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Open Source

NodeLook is open source, allowing anyone to inspect the source code and verify how the application works.
